Sounds extreme? Well, cupcake obsession is.
Who am I?
I am a young mother, sonography student and keeper of my first 'home' (well, a rental, but still, it's home), a photographer (check out my non-sweets work here) and a Daughter of the King!,
I started Simply Scratch because I just adore cupcakes in all their glory. I love the versatility, the creativity and the pure deliciousness behind a cupcake.
Making cupcakes in my house is usually a family ordeal. My 18 month old son, Tobyn, just absolutely adores to watch mommy "mixa mixa" with her Kitchen Aid. His daddy, also a cupcake lover, is my taste tester, I'm pretty sure he adores his job as well.
Those two guys you see up there, they are the light of my life, my personal blessings from God. They are the reason I do everything I do. Because they give me passion and a an abundance of love.
So I truly hope that pours out all over the place and is seen through my cupcakes.
Passion and love, that's all they are made with, and that happens to taste very good.
